Glad to be back :)

Recently, I transitioned back into my old department, the one where I started my career here at Cactus with. In coming back, all the good memories that I took with me to my other position at Cactus are still here. The laughs, the singing, the silly banter that goes back and forth over the cubes, and the random “That’s what she said” (which for some reason never seems to get old), it really feels like I never left. When I first moved to a different department I knew what I was leaving, so it didn’t come as a surprise for me that I would miss it. However, there is something I did leave that I didn’t realize (at the time) how much I really loved it, and that is PPC.

So many clients have commented on the Internet Marketing team here at Solid Cactus. I have heard people saying, “Wow, you guys really love what you do!” and “It’s nice to know that I have someone that cares so much about their job.” We love what we do and it doesn’t go unnoticed :) Internet marketers are a different breed, we get so involved with our accounts and how they perform that sometimes that’s all we could talk about. Even after hours when coworkers hang out, the conversation always turns back to something involving PPC, such as a new tactic that we have tried or the latest trends throughout different industries.

Getting back into the swing of things seemed a little scary at first, but once I started it was like “riding a bike,” you never really forget it. I’m excited to work with my old clients again and get to know my new ones. I look forward to a long ride here in the land of PPC.
