By now you probably heard about the proposed “agreement” between Yahoo! and Google for paid search advertising. There is a lot of confusion and speculation regarding this arrangement, so I have collected a variety of trusted sources to help clear some of the confusion. Most recently, the agreement was “voluntarily” being delayed so regulators can evaluate the structure of the arrangement. So, here it is, clear as mud:
